Drop Ship Information

  • Can I use your proudct photos on your website?

Yes, you can use our product pictures and description on your own web store.

  • How can I calcualte shipping cost to my country?

In order to check the shipping rate to a certain country of a product (for example United States), you can add this product into shopping cart, and then click the link 'Shopping Cart', you will see an ' Estimate Shipping & Taxes ' link, choose 'United States' from the country list and then click 'Get Quotes' button, you will get the shipping rate.

  •  Do I need to subscribe for drop ship service? Is there a price limit on my own sales price?

No, there's no subscription needed. You can set a product at the price you wish on your own web store, for example, if a product's listed price on our website is $10, and shipping cost is $3 to United States, you can set the price at $10+3+profit you wish=Your own price.

  • How does the drop ship work?

If a customer orders an item from you, you can order the same item from us on our website and fill out your customer's address as the delivery address during checkout. We accept payment by Paypal and credit/debit cards (via Paypal).

  • When my order will be shipped? How can I track it?

We will need 2-5 business days to process and ship out your order. After an order is shipped, we will notify you by email about the tracking code and tracking website.

  • How long will it take for my customers to receive their order?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. For an ecnomic shipping method, it takes 10-20 days to reach North America & Europe including USA, UK,  Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is shipped out, it could not be canceled.

  • What if my customer requests a refund?

If your customer does not receive his/her order after 30 days since we ship it out and your customer launches complaint, we are willing to resend a new package or issue a refund.

In a word, we try our best to support your business and would not let you/your customer lose money. We will take responsibility if a package is lost, defective or arrives too late.
